Job summary

Siemens Mobility Pty Ltd is seeking a Contract Administrator to support Contract Management on the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project. You will manage project documentation, correspondence and contract trackers to ensure accurate records and timely escalation of issues.

The role emphasizes strong organisational skills, proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across a major rail infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, commercial administration or project document management in infrastructure, construction or rail projects.
• Working knowledge of contracts and contractual correspondence in a complex project environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across multiple trackers and deadlines.
• Confident stakeholder engagement with ability to coordinate information across parties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer project and contract trackers across key stakeholder interfaces (Sydney Metro, Webuild, RATP).
• Monitor project emails, notices and correspondence to keep trackers and records up to date.
• Identify and escalate back-to-back contractual issues to relevant project stakeholders.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information, documentation and updates for reporting.
• Coordinate preparation, closure and submission of contractual notices and letters, including signatures.
