Job summary

Webuild's Parklife Metro JV is seeking a Contract Administrator to support commercial and contractual management of construction activities for the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project, based at Orchard Hills, Badgerys Creek or Bradfield.

You will work with Project, Construction, Engineering, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure contractual obligations are met, administer subcontract agreements, review progress claims, variations and notices, and contribute to monthly reports and

Qualifications

• Experience as Contract Administrator in construction or major infra projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience administering subcontract agreements and contracts.
• Strong Excel/Word skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract and commercial activities per project requirements.
• Prepare, review and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against contractual requirements.
• Assist with progress claims, variations, and notices.
• Maintain records of notices, claims and contractual documentation.
• Identify and manage commercial risks with the project team.
• Support monthly commercial reports and cost-to-complete data.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Engineers to address commercial matters.
