Job summary

The Radiology Centre is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Guildford and Bass Hill clinics. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring smooth patient flow through appointments and inquiries.

Working with a collaborative team, you will handle referrals, Medicare and billing support, and maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail in a busy radiology environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in radiology, medical imaging or specialist medical setting (highly regarded).
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
