Responsibilities

• Manage and stay on top of phone enquiries.
• Front reception, greeting and billing patients.
• Manage online bookings.
• Support the Hospital in their imaging needs and foster positive relationships.
• Be the friendly and empathetic face of the site.
• Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers.
• Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims.
