Fowler Simmons Radiology, part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX), is seeking a friendly and efficient Radiology Receptionist for our Adelaide operations. The role covers hospital reception, billing, and patient bookings across Eastwood Private Hospital and the Hutt Street clinic.

You will welcome patients, handle enquiries, and support imaging services in a fast-paced, patient‑focused environment. Join a patient‑centric team at IDX with opportunities for growth and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to phone enquiries.

About The Role

Attention customer service superstars, Radiology Receptionist job opportunity at Adelaide's newest CBD Hospital. Eastwood Private Hospital located Greenhill Road. This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) position and will also require rotation between our Hutt Street clinic. We are seeking a people person, with bright personality and great multitasking skills to join the team at Fowler Simmons Radiology. The site is brand new with contemporary workflows and stunning design.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing and staying on top of phone enquiries
• Front reception, greeting and billing patients
• Managing online bookings
• Supporting the Hospital in their imaging needs and fostering positive relationships
• Being the friendly and empathetic face of the site
• Enter and register bookings for patients / referrers
• Process paperwork such as invoices, receipts and Medicare claims
