Job summary

ADM is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead R&D projects from idea to commercial solution in Decatur, IL or Erlanger, KY. You will guide cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, researchers, and business colleagues toward defined timelines and business priorities.

You will drive program governance, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication while managing resource constraints and changing scopes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• PMI/PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other project management certification is a plus.
• Several years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of strategic project objectives with monitoring, reporting, and risk management.
• Coordinate across organization to ensure efficiency and alignment with expectations.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, baselines, costs, and estimates with variance analysis.
