Job summary

ADM is seeking a Performance Management Lead at the Decatur, IL facility to own and coordinate the plant's financial plan and KPI portfolio. The role bridges operations, finance and commercial teams, driving cost improvement and performance excellence through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will lead OEE planning, cost analyses, and non-financial KPI management, while coaching leadership on performance improvements and adherence to ADM core values.

Qualifications

• Understand operational accounting best practices and ADM systems.
• Experience with KPIs, OEE, and cost analysis in a plant setting.
• Ability to communicate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual financial plan for the plant or region.
• Coordinate KPI planning including OEE, usages and utilities.
• Analyze performance gaps using PI data, Maximo data and BI reports.
• Drive action and value creation with variance reviews.
• Provide training to operations teams on planning processes.
