Job summary

Sense Recruitment is partnering with an established Australian manufacturer and supplier within the electrical cable industry to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator for their Jandakot team.

This role is customer-focused, supporting existing customers and opportunities. You will respond to enquiries, prepare accurate quotes, process orders and coordinate delivery, acting as a key contact throughout the sales process and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or sales support is preferred.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotes based on product requirements and pricing.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills to coordinate orders and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotes based on product requirements, pricing and availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support existing customers and opportunities.
• Process sales orders, track orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Collaborate with external and internal sales teams to support opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, pricing and order information across internal systems.
