You will drive specification and adoption of James Hardie high-value product portfolios, delivering sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years sales experience with a proven track record in business development with professional builders and architects.
• Experience in building industry, ideally across Multi Family and Non-Residential segments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to shift between strategic and tactical thinking to deliver outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Account manage Builder and A&D accounts to drive repeat use and advocacy.
• Grow high-value product adoption in Multi Family and Lifestyle Community segments.
• Support customers in maintaining James Hardie specifications for Non-Residential and HD projects.
• Provide design and technical support to stakeholders across the project cycle.
• Track project acquisition and communicate demand signals to sales operations.
