Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in residential construction, site supervision, installation or related role.
• Strong understanding of exterior construction workflows and installation challenges.
• Knowledge of fibre cement, render substrates and cladding systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute install programs locally to grow installer capacity and confidence.
• Recruit, onboard and support installers through capability programs.
• Manage state-based supply and install accounts and drive product adoption.
• Support brick conversion programs with install expertise and local connections.
• Build relationships with builder supervisors, site teams and estimators for smoother project delivery.
• Deliver local training and market activation initiatives.
• Promote quality, safety and best-practice installation outcomes.
