The Product Manager will own planning, execution and lifecycle management, shaping the vision and collaborating with R&D, operations, engineering, sales, and marketing to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Competenze
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Product Management and/or Engineering.
- Experience in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is advantageous.
Mansioni
- Lead product strategy, planning, delivery and in-life optimization.
- Develop and deploy coherent product strategy via 7 P’s for the product range.
- Define product positioning and value propositions to maximize customer and business value.
- Partner with Commercial and R&D to deliver product enhancements and extensions from concept to commercialization.
- Drive profitability by identifying growth opportunities and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competition to strengthen market position and pricing strategy.
