The role covers operating fixed quarry crushing plant and mobile equipment, with day shift and overtime opportunities. You will lead a small team, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quarry operations with fixed and mobile plant.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Available to work Monday to Friday with overtime as needed.
• Quarry experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Operate quarry fixed plant and mobile equipment (FEL, excavator).
• Lead daily operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Support Quarry Manager and Team Leader to coordinate site activities.
• Assist with cleaning and material handling as required.
