Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking an experienced Quarry Operator to be based at our Gladstone Quarry. The role involves operating mobile plant including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator, and performing daily quarry operations with on-site maintenance and safety checks.

You will carry out pre-start checks, participate in toolbox talks, and adhere to Maas Group WHS policies and procedures while following the Quarry Supervisor's instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile plant including front end loader and excavator.
• White Card and MR licence required.
• Experience in a quarry environment and safety-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Mobile plant operation including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator.
• Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities:

• Mobile plant operation including Water Cart, Front End Loader, Dump Truck and Excavator
• Carry out daily quarry operations and regular maintenance of various vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant

• White Card
• MR licence

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement on site.
