• Degree qualifications in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years post graduate experience with a professional Sydney based QS firm.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, building costs and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare elemental and trade-based budget estimates under supervision of team leaders and senior staff
• Conduct site inspections and assist team leaders with the assessment of Builder's progress claims
• Assistance with the preparation of Initial Reports and progress drawdown reports to Financiers
