The role requires a recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, AIQS/RICS membership, strong measurement and CostX skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying
• AIQS and/or RICS membership
• Strong measurement skills
• Strong CostX experience
• Experience using MS Excel
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost plans for each stage of a project
• Client relationship management and liaison
• Processing of progress claims and variations
• Undertake site inspections
