Prowse Quantity Surveyors in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to advance their career within a well-established, client-focused practice. You will contribute to cost planning, client liaison, and progression claim processing on diverse projects.

The role requires a recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, AIQS/RICS membership, strong measurement and CostX skills, and excellent communication.

Prowse Quantity Surveyors is seeking a skilled professional Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career and access outstanding opportunities for growth and development. As a well-established and professional practice, we are client-focused and specialise in providing Quantity Surveying services. The work we do is central to our client's achieving successful project outcomes and we pride ourselves on providing relevant advice that adds value. We work across a diverse range of industries and our projects include developments within education, residential, aged care, industrial and community facilities. This is an office-based position located in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications and experience required:

• A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying
• Membership with the AIQS and/or RICS
• Strong measurement skills and experience
• Strong Cost X experience
• Experience using MS Excel
• Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written

In addition, this role requires:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional Quantity Surveyor
• Ability to build and develop client relationships
• An enthusiastic attitude, professional and efficient
• A right to work in Australia
• Full Victorian Drivers License

Tasks and Responsibilities include:
