Job summary

A national independent consultancy in Brisbane seeks a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning and deliver QS services across various projects. This role offers career progression, ongoing development, and a team culture that emphasizes collaboration. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 2–4 years of experience, and proficiency in CostX and Excel. Competitive salary of $90,000–$120,000 + Superannuation is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of local experience in a client-side Quantity Surveying role.
• Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Managing cost planning, estimates, and full QS services across various projects.
• Preparing detailed reports, tenders, and feasibility studies.
• Advising clients on contracts, procurement, and value engineering.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing cost planning, estimates, and full QS services across various projects

What You’ll Need
