Job summary

AirSWIFT is seeking a Lead Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost planning and commercial delivery for major infrastructure projects in Australia. You will work directly with clients and project teams to provide strategic cost advice from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing cost plans, detailed take-offs, tender reviews, and cost forecasting. You will support value engineering and risk management while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in cost planning and estimating.
• Strong BOQ, take-off and procurement knowledge.
• Proficient with CostX or similar estimating software.
• Experience with infrastructure projects and client/stakeholder engagement.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist commercial and cost consultancy supporting the delivery of major infrastructure, engineering and construction projects across Australia.

This role will see you working directly with clients and project teams, providing strategic cost advice from planning through to project delivery on a diverse portfolio of high-value developments.

The Opportunity

• Proficient with CostX or similar estimating software.
• Background working on infrastructure, civil, building or resources projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
