What you'll work on:

• Residential and commercial tax depreciation
• Property inspections
• Construction cost analysis
• Asset registers
• Insurance replacement cost
• Lifecycle and CAPEX reporting
• CGT cost base evidence
• Commercial property assignments
• Koste.ai reporting and technology

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Quantity Surveying assignments appropriate to your experience level
• Undertake property and construction research

Experience:

Graduate candidates: strong attention to detail, good communication, interest in construction and property, comfort with technology and willingness to learn. Tax depreciation experience is not required.

Experienced candidates: relevant Quantity Surveying experience, strong property and construction knowledge, project-management ability, professional report writing, client-facing capability, technical judgement and commercial awareness.

Qualifications:

Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related degree for graduate candidates. AIQS, RICS or equivalent membership is desirable at more senior levels.
