Job summary

Scope (Aust) is undertaking a 12-month fixed term transformation across the Quality and Systems domain. Reporting to the Head of Quality Systems and Improvement, the role will own the full lifecycle from design to implementation and lead the delivery of an improved feedback and complaints management approach.

You will work with specialists in NDIS & Disability, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive governance, risk management and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lead complex strategic initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Design and implement new systems and processes in regulated environments.
• Build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Structure governance frameworks and manage risks and compliance.
• Analytical syntheses to inform decisions and measure benefits.
• Foster an inclusive team culture with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Policy Review and Redesign and develop accessible complaints information
• Establish Centralised Feedback and Complaints Team
• Redesign complaints management systems to ensure fit for purpose
• Develop training and capability resources, and develop monitoring and reporting and governance oversight.
