Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Quality Lead - Remediation and Change to drive remediation, quality improvement and change initiatives across Seniors Communities. Reporting to Head of Quality and Risk, you will translate compliance into practical improvements that embed sustainable change.

You will partner with operational, clinical and corporate leaders to strengthen governance, ensure readiness for audits and accreditation, and deliver measurable improvements in resident and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance or risk management within aged care or similar regulated sector.
• Experience conducting audits and supporting accreditation processes.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, legislation and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation programs from audits, incidents, complaints and accreditation findings.
• Partner with leaders to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead strategic change initiatives and plan operational readiness.
• Support compliance with aged care legislation and regulatory standards.
• Analyze quality and risk data to identify trends and improvements.
• Coach leaders and facilitate quality improvement workshops.
