Scope is seeking a professional to lead a 12-month fixed-term project within the Quality Safeguarding and Practice Governance portfolio in Melbourne. You will own end-to-end design and delivery of an improved feedback and complaints management approach, coordinating with specialists and stakeholders to ensure governance and fit-for-purpose solutions.
