Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions is expanding its civil and electrical construction capability across Australia and New Zealand, delivering projects across solar, BESS and HV infrastructure. The company seeks a Quality & Systems Specialist in Brisbane to develop and standardise documentation, procedures, and quality processes for growing operations.

You will collaborate with construction, engineering, quality and HSE teams to create and maintain procedures, ITPs and documents, while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• Experience developing technical documentation in construction, infrastructure, EPC, engineering or renewable energy.
• Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills including styles, automated tables of contents and tracked changes.
• Understanding of quality systems, ISO 9001 and document control.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work with technical and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction procedures, management plans, work instructions, ITPs and quality documentation.
• Review and standardise existing documentation, templates and processes.
• Produce professionally formatted technical documents using advanced Microsoft Word skills.
• Support quality systems, ISO 9001 requirements and document control processes.
• Work with operational teams to identify gaps and improve documentation standards.

We are looking for a Quality & Systems Specialist to join our Brisbane office and play a key role in establishing and developing the construction documentation, quality systems and processes that support our growing business.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional who understands construction environments, has excellent technical writing and document formatting skills, and enjoys turning complex operational requirements into clear, practical documentation.

The Opportunity

Based in our Brisbane office, you will work with construction, engineering, quality and HSE teams to develop and standardise the documentation supporting our civil and electrical construction activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop construction procedures, management plans, work instructions, ITPs and quality documentation.


• Review and standardise existing documentation, templates and processes.


• Produce professionally formatted technical documents using advanced Microsoft Word skills.


• Support quality systems, ISO 9001 requirements and document control processes.


• Work with operational teams to identify gaps and improve documentation standards.

About You

You will have experience developing technical documentation in construction, infrastructure, EPC, engineering or renewable energy, with strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail.

You Will Bring

• Experience preparing construction procedures, management plans or technical documentation.


• Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, automated tables of contents and tracked changes.


• Excellent written English, editing and proofreading skills.


• An understanding of quality systems, ISO 9001 and document control.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with technical and operational stakeholders.

Experience with ITPs, Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, ISO 14001 or ISO 4501 will be highly regarded.
