Anglicare Central Queensland Limited | Rockhampton is seeking an experienced Coordinator: Quality & Safety to champion excellence across our quality, compliance and safety systems. Based in Rockhampton, this leadership role will guide risk management and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.

You will lead audits, drive a robust Safety Framework, mentor senior leaders, and promote a strong safety culture through data analysis and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor qualification in Community Services, Quality Management, OHS or Risk Management.
• Proven experience in a quality and safety leadership role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO, WHS).
• Demonstrated success in leading improvement initiatives and managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the Quality and Safety Framework.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, accreditation and corrective actions.
• Identify risks, lead incident investigations, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and team collaboration.
• Promote strong safety culture and deliver training to build staff capability.
• Provide expert advice and mentoring to senior leaders.
• Maintain clear reporting, risk registers and stakeholder communication.
