RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking an experienced Quality Manager, Veteran Services to join on a part-time 3-4 days per week for 12-month maternity leave cover in North Sydney. You will lead the Veteran Services Outcomes Framework and oversee quality systems to deliver person-centred services to veterans and their families.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in quality management within the health, community or human services sector.
• Proven leadership experience in quality, governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and implementing quality frameworks, policies and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed the Veteran Services Outcomes Framework.
• Drive a strong culture of quality, governance and continuous improvement.
• Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and quality systems.
• Monitor outcomes, client feedback, complaints and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead audits, evaluations and continuous improvement activities. Establish and facilitate the Veteran Services Quality Management Committee.
• Support managers with governance, compliance and best-practice service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with Defence, Ex-Service Organisations (ESOs), government agencies and community partners.
• Champion the use of RiskMan and provide regular quality and compliance reporting.
