Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for Veteran Services on a part-time 3-4 days per week basis to cover a 12-month maternity leave. The role reports to the Veteran Services leadership and focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining the governance and quality framework across Veteran Services operations.

• Experience in quality management within health, community or human services sectors.
• Proven leadership in quality governance and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed the Veteran Services Outcomes Framework.
• Drive culture of quality, governance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and quality systems.
• Monitor outcomes, feedback, complaints and quality metrics for improvement.
• Lead audits, evaluations and continuous improvement activities and establish the Quality Management Committee.
• Support managers with governance, compliance and service delivery best practices.
• Build relationships with Defence, ESOs, government agencies and partners.
• Champion the use of RiskMan and provide regular quality reporting.
