Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Quality Manager, Veteran Services to lead the governance and quality framework for Veteran Services on a part-time, 12‑month maternity leave cover contract. You will drive the Outcomes Framework, oversee quality systems and support teams delivering person-centred services to veterans and families.

Qualifications

Has demonstrated experience in quality management within health, community or human services sectors.
Strong governance, continuous improvement and policy development capability.
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and embed the Veteran Services Outcomes Framework.
Drive a culture of quality, governance and continuous improvement.
Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and quality systems.
Monitor outcomes, feedback, complaints and quality metrics to identify improvements.
Lead audits, evaluations and continuous improvement activities.
Support managers with governance, compliance and best-practice service delivery.
