Job summary

Add Staff is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the National QMS across LV & HV switchboard manufacturing with sites in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. You will own the QMS, drive improvements and align engineering, manufacturing and projects to meet quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in quality management, strong switchboard manufacturing experience, and deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and audits. Strong CAPA, RCA and stakeholder-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management.
• Strong switchboard experience, gained through manufacturing, building or pre-commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Strong understanding of non-conformances, CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Engineering, Quality, Operations, trade or related qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own the organisation's Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance.
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Manage non-conformances, CAPA and root cause investigations.
• Implement quality controls and drive improvements across engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor quality performance, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer and supplier quality issues and risk identification.
• Provide quality reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
