Job summary

Randstad Pty is partnering with a defence systems organisation to recruit a Quality Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Canberra. You will take executive control of the Quality Management System and lead the team to ensure customer confidence in products and processes.

You will drive upgrades to ISO 9001 and AS9100, and potentially implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will integrate health, safety and environment systems into daily operations and act as the main customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality leadership roles.
• Qualification in a relevant field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and drive ISO/AS standards upgrades.
• Oversee root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
