Job summary

Singleton District Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse – Quality Coordinator to drive quality improvement, patient safety, and accreditation across the organization. You will work with the Hospital Service Manager and senior nursing leadership to promote safety culture and continuous improvement, coordinating audits, action plans and governance activities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor indicators, and provide education to staff on policies and clinical governance

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in quality improvement, clinical governance, patient safety or accreditation will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor quality improvement, patient safety and accreditation activities across Singleton District Hospital.
• Support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of NSQHS standards.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
