Respect Tongala Memorial seeks a Senior Registered Nurse Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to lead quality and governance across the home. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive audits, staff development, and continuous improvement to ensure person-centred, safe care for residents.

With a strong nursing background and AHPRA registration, you will mentor multidisciplinary teams, champion standards, and foster accountability and learning culture in a supportive aged care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in residential aged care and clinical governance.
• Strong auditing, risk management, and quality improvement skills.

• Lead quality and compliance initiatives across the home.
• Manage audits, safety, and clinical improvement processes.
• Coach and mentor care teams to deliver best-practice care.
