Qualifikationen

• Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Please attach a copy of your AHPRA registration in your application (Nurse Manager Grade 2 Requirements Only).
• Describe your relevant tertiary health qualification and/or relevant equivalent experience within a hospital environment.
• Can you describe a time when you managed a sensitive or complex complaint within a hospital environment? How did you communicate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to achieve a timely and appropriate resolution, and what strategies did you use to maintain your own resilience during the process?
• Provide an example where you identified a systemic issue through patient feedback or risk analysis and implemented a quality improvement initiative. What was the outcome?
