Job summary

Grampians Health is seeking a Governance & Improvement Quality Partner to support the Lead and Assistant Director in driving systems improvements that enhance patient care. The role sits within the Quality Unit and collaborates with Safe Systems & Performance and Consumer Partnership & Experience to ensure Safe, Effective, Connected, and Personal care for every patient, every time.

The role emphasizes auditing, data-driven improvement, education on electronic tools, and cross-functional teamwork

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management within healthcare.
• Knowledge of internal and external quality frameworks and standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the GH audit schedule.
• Conduct audits, analyse data, and prepare infographics and reports for local areas and committees.
• Assist clinical and corporate areas with quality activities.
• Educate staff in using electronic tools such as RiskMan, GH Auditing Platform and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with staff and consumers to drive improvement.
• Facilitate Practice Improvement groups.
