Grampians Health seeks a Governance & Improvement Quality Affiliate to support the Quality Partner, Lead and Assistant Director in informing improvements to ensure effective delivery, development and evaluation of systems and processes that support patient care. The Governance & Improvement Quality Affiliate supports the Quality Partner, Lead, and Assistant Director in informing improvements to ensure the effective delivery, development, and evaluation of systems and processes that support patient care. The Governance & Improvement work group is one of three work groups within the Quality Unit, alongside Safe Systems & Performance and Consumer Partnership & Experience. Together, we work to ensure the provision of Safe, Effective, Connected, and Personal care every day, for every patient, every time.
