Grampians Health is seeking a GH Quality Partner - Safe System & Performance to join the quality team in a fixed term full-time maternity leave replacement. You will partner with staff to promote quality, safe systems, and improvement activities while supporting organisational risk and quality systems.
Key responsibilities include leading investigations into serious incidents, conducting stakeholder meetings, and driving improvements with data analytics and change management expertise.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Clinical Nurse Consultant (ZF4) which ranges from $61.58 per hour.
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask. Additional PPE requirements are role dependent.
