Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated RN for a Clinical Quality Coordinator role within a well-established aged care organisation in NSW. You will provide clinical oversight, lead audits, and support quality improvement while guiding staff to best practice and compliance.

Responsibilities include reviewing resident records, preparing for accreditation, and driving continuous improvement in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Extensive experience in residential aged care.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to lead audits and quality improvement.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Requirements:
