Job summary

EBOS Group's Healthcare Logistics is seeking a Quality Officer – Document Writer to support the QMS during the SAP ECC to EWM transition. You will work with Operations, IT and Quality to ensure controls, documentation and processes meet regulatory and company standards, driving continuous improvement in a regulated warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Officer or similar in healthcare, pharma, or regulated logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, WM, or EWM or similar ERP systems.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and quality documents.

• Validate warehouse quality processes and system controls during SAP EWM implementation and ongoing optimisation.
• Develop, maintain and control SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation within the QMS.
