Eaton Melbourne is seeking a Production Scheduler to manage the Quality Assurance system and create master production schedules that meet sales forecasts and customer demand. You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and sales to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with commitments.

The role requires 3–5 years in production scheduling, strong Excel and Oracle ERP skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to drive continuous improvement and customer service, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in production scheduling.
• Customer service focus with timely, quality delivery.
• Understanding of SCM and SiOP processes.
• Proactive, detail oriented and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Eaton Quality Assurance System and audits.
• Create master production schedules to meet forecasts.
• Coordinate OEM and Aftermarket production workflows.
• Track orders and update schedules with the manufacturing team.
• Identify process improvements with Engineering & Operations Manager.
• Escalate concerns to Engineering & Operations Manager as needed.
• Provide timely communication with sales and supply chain teams.
