PEER is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the organisation’s quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement framework across the RTO and GTO. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive governance, audits and improvements to support high standards of learner outcomes and organisational quality.

You will enhance the QMS, coordinate audits with regulatory bodies, manage obligations and deliver reporting to Executives and the Board, while developing capabilities across

Qualifications

• Requires governance, risk management and quality expertise.
• Experience leading audits and continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and implement governance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for RTOs and group training.

Responsabilités

• Lead Quality and Compliance: maintain QMS and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Audits And Regulatory Requirements: coordinate audits and corrective actions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Risk Management: monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Provide Governance and Reporting: deliver reporting to Executive and Board stakeholders.
• Lead Stakeholder Engagement and Capability Development: guide training and policy development.
• Support Quality Training and Employment Outcomes: collaborate with leaders to ensure learner outcomes.
