Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative – Corporate Services is seeking a Quality, Compliance and Engagement Manager to oversee quality, compliance and engagement across the organisation. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) and designated for Aboriginal leadership under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.

Applicants must be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. You will report to the Deputy CEO and lead three pillars: Compliance and Governance, Innovation and Improvement, and Community

Qualifications

• Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent is required.
• Degree in Business Management or similar field is highly regarded.
• Experience in an Aboriginal organisation or understanding of Aboriginal culture.
• Five or more years in a similar position.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Team-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LogiqcQMS.

Responsabilités

• Manage quality, compliance and engagement operations across Rumbalara to ensure funded contracts meet standards.
• Lead and/or support three pillars: Compliance and Governance, Innovation and Improvement, Community Engagement and Support.
• Report to the Deputy CEO.
• Deliver community-facing programs and relationship management including annual events.
