Job summary

Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative in Mooroopna invites applications for a Team Leader Early Years. This full-time role leads a team delivering culturally safe support to Aboriginal children, young people and families, working with the Early Years Services Program Manager.

You will guide Aboriginal ways of working, ensure quality and compliance, and contribute to Rumbalara’s strategic direction across programs like Connected Beginnings, KFFE and HIPPY.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.
• Ability to create a culturally safe and healthy workplace.
• Knowledge of local Aboriginal community and culture.
• Understanding of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005.
