Job summary

Sunrise Valley Foods in Melbourne is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) with flexible days and hours.

You will drive GMP and QA improvements, train staff on quality systems, develop product specifications including nutritional information, ensure PEAL labelling requirements and nutrition data, and coordinate third‑party audits. You’ll work hands-on with staff and customers in a busy multi‑task environment.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant food industry qualifications and experience.
• Have thorough knowledge of HACCP and be experienced in HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities
