Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety and product quality regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading audits and CAPA.

This role is crucial for ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead the QA team, implement and maintain quality management systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the integrity and safety of our client's products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, particularly in FMCG.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality protocols.
• Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements
