Responsibilities

• Work on the production line carrying out QA checks to confirm product meets customer specifications, food safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Process QA, production and logistics records.
• Conduct internal and GMP audits.
• Support external audits by government and certifying bodies.
• Make real‑time decisions on line QA issues and consult the Operations Manager as needed.
• Assess, investigate and help implement corrective and preventive actions for complaints and non‑conforming product.
• Coordinate in‑process and finished product samples for analysis.
• Coordinate calibration of quality‑critical equipment to schedule.
• Identify and take part in process improvement work.
• Train and support staff in food safety and quality.
• Work with other site teams to maintain QA systems and GMP standards.

The role

You will spend a large portion of your time on the production line verifying product quality and food safety in real time. You will also support the broader QA system, records, and improvement work.

• Process QA, production and logistics records
