Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst at Peoplebank

Client is looking for a QA Analyst with strong test automation skills and a delivery mindset. You’ll be joining an established, collaborative QA team on a 6-month contract, backfilling an existing team member. This role calls for someone who takes ownership of their deliverables, contributes to continuous improvement, and works well independently while staying connected to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test cases.
• Test APIs, web interfaces, and backend systems with a focus on automation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QAs, and product owners in Agile squads.
• Contribute to test strategy, CI/CD practices, and framework improvements.

Skills & Experience required

• Over 5 years of experience in test automation for large-scale systems.
• Strong Java skills (essential).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium or similar tools.
• Familiarity with API testing frameworks (e.g., Karate – preferred, not essential).
• Solid manual testing and exploratory testing capability.
• Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in digital transformation or complex service environments (Desirable).
• Cloud exposure (AWS preferred) (Desirable).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Git, Bamboo, etc. (Desirable).
