Great Southern Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst based in Brisbane to lead testing strategies across customer-facing platforms and drive quality improvements. You will develop automated and manual test scenarios, collaborate with Technology and business stakeholders, and manage defect processes to ensure high-quality releases.

• 5+ years automation testing experience
• Selenium (Java)
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Version control like Git
• BDD methodologies: Cucumber, Gherkin, TestNG
• API testing with Bruno, SoapUI, Parasoft
• Performance testing with JMeter
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing
• Ability to understand complex business systems
• Information Technology related qualification

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies for customer technology initiatives.
• Create and execute manual and automated test scenarios.
• Partner with Technology and business stakeholders to embed quality.
• Manage defect processes, reporting and resolution for quality releases.
• Support testing across online banking, mobile banking, lending apps, and digital services.
• Drive testing framework improvements, automation capabilities, tools and processes.
• Provide testing expertise during major incidents and critical issue resolution.
