Job summary

Bolton Clarke’s Fernhill Home in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership within our residential aged care team. You will lead care staff, develop resident care plans in consultation with families, and drive quality of care and documentation.

The role requires Division 1 RN registration with AHPRAM, at least 2 years’ RN experience, and demonstrated governance/accreditation expertise. Police/NDIS checks and valid Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Current Division 1 RN registration with AHPRAM.
• Minimum 2+ years' RN experience.
• Experience in clinical governance and accreditation.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Police check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
