Job summary

The Bethanie Group is seeking a Qualified Support Worker for Bethanie Home Care in the North West Metro area, from Osborne Park to Claremont and surrounds. The role is permanent part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and shifts Monday to Friday 8am–3pm.

You will provide in-home services across Perth, Geraldton and the South West, supporting daily living and social activities. Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), have a current driver’s licence and

• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one).
• Hold a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of services including food preparation, cleaning and laundry, personal care, and supporting hobbies and leisure activities.
• Keep living areas clean, tidy and safe for clients.
• Document personal care tasks and outcomes.
• Assist clients with transport to appointments.
• Provide social support and companionship aligned with client interests.
• Prioritise respectful and compassionate personal connections.

• Being available Monday to Friday from 8am –3pm.

As you will be required to use your own car in this role, weoffer a travel allowance of $1.05 per kilometre.

About You

• You must have a Certificate III in Individual Support(Ageing)

The Role

• Professionally deliver a variety of services including foodpreparation, cleaning and laundry services, personal care, aswell as supporting hobbies, interests and leisureactivities
• Ensure all living areas of clients’ homes are kept clean,tidy and safe from hazards
• Ensure all personal care tasks and outcomes are met anddocumented appropriately
• Support clients with transport to appointments
