Job summary

The Bethanie Group is seeking a Qualified Support Worker for Bethanie Home Care in the North West Metro area, from Osborne Park to Claremont and surrounds. The role is permanent part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and shifts Monday to Friday 8am–3pm.

You will provide in-home services across Perth, Geraldton and the South West, supporting daily living and social activities. Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), have a current driver’s licence and

Qualifications

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) required.
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one).
Hold a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of services including food preparation, cleaning and laundry, personal care, and supporting hobbies and leisure activities.
Keep living areas clean, tidy and safe for clients.
Document personal care tasks and outcomes.
Assist clients with transport to appointments.
Provide social support and companionship aligned with client interests.
Prioritise respectful and compassionate personal connections.
