Job summary

Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Qualified Queensland Plumber to join our Water & Sewer Maintenance team at Charlton Depot. The role covers programmed and reactive water maintenance, municipal plumbing, and on-site labouring to support safe site practices.

You’ll be responsible for completing required tickets, fit-testing and certifications within 3 months, and you’ll work outdoors, at heights and in confined spaces as part of a safety-focused, team‑driven environment with strong

Qualifications

• Qualified Queensland Plumber.
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• C Class Licence (MR licence or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Ability to complete required certifications & fit-testing within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Programmed Water Maintenance (reactive + programmed).
• Municipal plumbing, drainage & general labouring.
• Safe site setup and clean-up.
• Electronic job records, timesheets & pre-starts.
• On-call roster and flexible hours when required.

Relevant machinery tickets highly regarded.
